Bruxism Mouthguards
More and more people are experiencing bruxism in their mouths, a condition of the temporomandibular joint in which they clench or grind their teeth. It is a serious disorder that causes much damage to the mouth and teeth.
At the Clinic we provide specialized treatment for bruxism with the manufacturing of special occlusion braces, which is worn at night during sleep and gradually restores normal function. At the same time we are implementing other protocols to treat the symptoms, such as muscle relaxation exercises, repair of damaged tissues and elevation of occlusion to restore the patient’s system to normal functioning.
